Uncle Adam, I was so excited to hear from you last night but I got so tired waiting for you to get home, that I fell fast asleep. But I just want to let you know that I love you and am so proud of you. I can't wait to see you in three weeks. That being said now go out and run , you have a triathlon to train for!

OK, this angle does make him look a little bigger than he is, but our boy is growing up!
So, I can finally relate to all the mothers who bring their children to me to photograph. I have heard for years "really my boy does smile" and for years I have thought "ya right lady". Well, it is true, my boy really does smile, but when I put my big black camera in front of his face he is just so intrigued, that their is no getting his attention to get him to smile.
